  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Use the softened butter to grease a bundt pan and set it aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce and seasonings until smooth. Then stir in 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, the bacon and the chicken. Stir until everything is combined.
  3. Lay the biscuits out on a flat surface. Spoon 1 1/2 tbsp. of the buffalo chicken filling onto each biscuit. Add more to each as needed until all the mixture is used up.
