- Remove Seeds of Broad Bean's and Pigeon Peas.
- In the mixi jar add Ginger pieces, Garlic cloves and Green chilli then grind it to make a paste.
- Now In the Pressure Cooker add 4-5 cup Water. Once water starts to boil. Add Pigeon peas, Flat Bean's then add Chopped Brinjal, Sponge gourd and Potato cubes.
- Next add all Green leafy vegetables one by one.
- Furthermore add chopped 3 tomatoes, salt according to your taste, additionally add crushed or Grinded Ginger-garlic-chilli Paste, 1 tsp Lemon juice mix well.
- Close the lid and cook about 3-4 whistles or until they cooked.
