- Take 2 to 3 potatoes. Boil in pressure cooker. Once cooked. Peel potatoes mash it and keep aside. Boiled channa. Once cooked drain water and keep aside.
- For green chutney. Take 3 green chilli, I cup mint leaves, corrainder, lilte cumin seeds,salt and lemon. Add lemon drops to maintain green colour. Wash and blend every thing in a blender jar. Do not add water. Keep thick mint chutney aside.
- For sweet chutney. Soak tamarind and date in a bowl for about 15 mins. Blend it to a thick paste keep aside
- Arrange 7 papdi in a serving plate. Place mashed potatoes on each papdi. Top chana. Top with green chutney and sweet chutney. Add sweet curd. For making curd. Add sugar in curd mix wel. Sprinkle chaat masala powder, cumin powder,black salt according to taste. Sprinkle sev and corrainder leaves. Serve papdi chaat immediately.
