- Add the komtsuna leaves and enoki mushrooms to Step 2. Add the remaining dashi granules and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce into Step 3, let it cool, and it's done! Once cooled, the flavor will change slightly. After it has cooled adjust the flavor with soy sauce or dashi as needed.
