  1. Cuci bersih cumi sampe ilang tintanya, rebus 3-5 menit jgn terlalu lama, kalo masih ada tintanya bersihkan lagi, cuci lagi lalu dipotong potong sesuai selera (kalau aku potong kecil-kecil)
  2. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe rawit dan cabe kriting (sisakan cabe rawit dan kriting untuk dipotong-potong sesuai selera)
  3. Tumis sampai wangi bahan-bahan yang sudah dihaluskan. Jika sudah mulai wangi, tambahkan air
  4. Masukkan cumi. Tunggu hingga 10-15 menit bumbu terserap pada cumi.
  5. Tambahkan garam, lada, totole/ bahan penyedap
  6. Jika rasa sudah pas dan bumbu mulai kering terserap pada cumi, masukkan potongan cabe dan daun jeruk
  7. Siapkan nasi hangat dan sambal cumi kering siap dinikmati👌🏻
