- Get 2-3 teaspoons Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce)
Steps to make Jaa Jaa Udon:
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Slice Lettuce, Cucumber and Spring Onion into thin strips. They will be used as toppings.
- Heat Oil in a frying pan and cook Pork Mince and Ginger. When Pork changed colour, add Shiitake and Spring Onions, then add the sauce. Cook until the sauce is thickened.
- Cook Udon as instructed, and drain well. Place Udon in a bowl, cover with the pork mixture, place some Lettuce, Cucumber and Spring Onion on top and serve.
