- Prepare 1 cup chopped Mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum etc)

- Heat two teaspoon of oil and fry chanadal, urad dal, red chillies till golden.
- Add roughly chopped onions, green chillies,garlic, Ginger, tomato and saute for few minutes. Add tamarind and required salt
- Then add mixed vegetables and saute well
- Turn off the flame and allow it to cool. Then blend them into fine paste
- Temper it with mustard seeds,curry leaves.
