- Chutney recipe: add everything mentioned in chutney section in a mixer and grind to a smooth paste. By adding lemon juice we can retain it's lush green colour.

- I am not adding any spices in the hung curd mixture as I have made my chutney spicy and tangy.
- In a mixing bowl add hung curd, cream, semolina, salt, finely chopped vegetables and mix well. Add water or milk to get right consistency like mine. It should not be too thick or too watery.
- Apply some butter on the bread then apply chutney.
- Then apply the hung curd mixture evenly over the chutney. Missed to take picture of this.
- Heat a griddle apply some oil. Keep the bread, mixture aside down. Apply some butter on the other side of bread. Cook on slow flame for 2 minutes. Once done the hung curd mixture will leave the pan easily.
- Invert the toast and let it brown on other side.
