  1. Make the batter of buttermilk and besan adding salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Heat oil and Put cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds.
  3. When splutter add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
  4. When cook add red chilli powder.
  5. Poor the batter if it's thick add water.
  6. After/boil simmer it and cook 20 minutes.
  7. For pakoras
  8. Make thick batter of besan adding salt and carrom seeds.
  9. Add chopped spinach leaves.
  10. Make small pakoras and fry it.
  11. Put in curry serve it.
