- Take a rice wash and soaked for 1/2 an hour. Take a small bowl add 2 tsp warm milk add saffron strand and keep aside.
- Take a pan add 2 cup water and boil, add cardamom, clove, bayleaf.
- Now add soaked rice and cook.
- Now drain excess water.
- Take a pan heat ghee, add chopped nuts, grated coconut fry for a second.
- Add fennel seeds, raisins.
- Now add cooked rice and saffron milk, a pinch of yellow food colour mix well.
- Now add boora mix well cook simmer till rice absorb sugar, add kewra water mix gently.
- Garnish with nuts and Serve hot.
