- Add tomato paste after 10 minutes of simmering.
- Simmer taste and adjust seasonings. Simmer 3 minutes more to incorporate the new seasonings.
- By now the the zucchini should be ready and drained. Put together add your cheese and red pepper flakes. Serve hope you enjoy!
