- Take a bread slices cut breads into two piece.
- Take a heavy bottomed pan boil milk, add milk powder simmer till milk thicken add kewra essence mix well. Add chopped Dryfruits mix well.
- Take a small pan add ghee fry bread slices till golden brown.
- Take a small pan add sugar, water, cardamom Powder cook till single string (single taar chasni) consistency.
- Dip Fried bread slices into the sugar syrup, than remove place in serving dish. Spread evenly into the serving dish, pour some syrup with spoon into the bread slices.
- Pour thicken milk (Randi) into the bread slices.
- Sprinkle nuts and Tooti fruity.
- Ready cut into pieces serve hot or chilled.
