- Prepare 250 gm Dahi (yoghurt)
- Prepare 1/2 cup Oil
- Prepare 3 Tsp Dhania powder (coriander)
- Make ready 1 Tbsp Adrak paste (ginger paste)
- Make ready 1 Tbsp Lehsun paste (garlic paste)
- Take 3 Tsp Lal Mirch powder (red chilli)

Steps to make Nargisi Kofty with Naan:
- To make nargisi kofty, wash & soak chana dal for minimum 30 min. Hard boil eggs.peel nicely and keep aside.peel ginger & garlic.
- Take mince,chana dal,sabut lal mirch,sabut garam masala,zeera,salt haldi,ginger,garlic,2 cup water in a pot& boil.let the water dries up.
- When water is dried, grind qeema in grinder.take sliced onion,dhania pata,hari mirchain,podina & chop in food processor.
- Grind bhuny chany in grinder to soft powder.add this chana powder in qeema & mix well.
- Add chopped hara masala in qeema & mix well.take a handful of grinded qeema in hand.place whole boil egg on it and roll the qeema over egg gently.
- Fold qeema over full boil egg gently, covering egg completely.heat oil in wok & fry the nargisi kofta (meet ball) till golden all over.if needed beat egg white of one egg & dip kofta in it before frying.make all nargisi kofta in this manner & keep aside.
- To make masala, heat oil in a pot.add sliced onion,fry to crisp golden.take out from oil,crush fried onion to a paste in hawan dasta (mortal&pastel) or by hands.
- Keep the fried onion paste aside. Soak Lal mirch,dhania powder,salt,haldi in little water for 5-7 minutes.add ginger garlic paste in oil,fry a minute add soaked masala& fry till water dries up.
- Add fried onion paste in masala & mix well.add beaten dahi in masala as well& fry till oil seprates.add 1 cup water in masala to make gravy.give a boil & let it simmer over low-medium heat till desired consistancy of gravy is achieved.
- When the curry or gravy reached desired consistancy or texture, turn off heat.it should not be too runny or too thick. Take a serving bowl, place nargisi kofta in it.cut one or two in half or remain as whole.add curry in bowl.serve hot with Naan.Enjoy with Cookpad.
