- In a cooker add ghee and chopped onion fry it until golden brown now remove it on a plate now and whole garam masala,cumin seeds when cracked add vegetables and curd mixture add red chilli powder mix and cover 5 minutes
- Add tomato puree,ginger garlic paste,chopped green chilli add cooked rice and cover it with lid for 5 minutes
- Now add yellow food color and kewra water put cooker on hot tawa for 5 minutes for dum serve hot soya dum biryani garnish with fried onions. it is quick dinner recipe for all favorite
