- In a wok add oil and dry spices (cinnamon sticks, green cardemoms and cloves) cook for 30 seconds then add milk and sugar, let it boil.
- Once it boiled and becomes bubbling (sugar should dissolved) then add boiled rice mix it well.
- Now add almonds, coconut slices, rasins, Gulab jaman and Rusgullas pieces on top.
- Add colours on the rice in 3 sides red, yellow and green. Let the flame slow and cover it for dum atleast 10 Minutes.
- After dum add kewra water mix it with light hands, decorate with chandi wark and serve hot.
