- Mix it well it properly with help of spatula.
- Cool it.
- Now take modak mould fill with mixture and put small size ball of gulkand in center. Close modak mold and press it. Now open mold.
- Sprinkle some Desiccated coconuton Modak.
- Now Paan modak is ready for Ganesh Ji.
