- Take 4 Potatoes, chopped

- Get 1 spoon Red chilli powder
- Get 1 spoon Coriander powder

- Make ready 5 tbsp Oil
- Make ready 6-7 pieces Dry Mangoes
- Prepare 1 spoon each Jeera and sarso for tadka
Steps to make Sindhi Kadhi:
- Heat a cooker with oil and gram flour.
- Mix it nicely for 10 mins when the colour changes to little brown then add masalas.
- Mix it add vegetables dry mangoes and water except ladyfinger.
- Now add chopped tomatoes.
- Pack it nicely and give 1 whistle slow flame for 2 mins. Fry ladyfinger and add masala in it (mix masala salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder).
- Now open the cooker's lid add ladyfinger.
- Give tadka in it heat 1 spoon oil add jeera sarso and red chilli powder.
