- Put a kadhai in low flame add mustard oil and roast bhindi for 5 -10 mins…after that the colour of bhindi changed…
- Now again put kadhai add oil,heeng,jeera, chopped garlic,haldi,red chilli,coriander powder and mix it, add chopped tomatoes and cover it with for 5 mins in low flame…
- Add roasted bhindi and 1/2 cup water and cover it…
- In last add salt, saunff powder and chaat masala,coriander leaves..off the flame and cover it…
- Now garlic bhindi is ready for serve….ππ
