- Finely chop the onion and 1 garlic clove
- Sweat in a pan on a medium heat with a glug of oil and black pepper
- Trim and chop the beans
- Turn up the heat and add the beans to the pan with the Ras el halnout and stir
- After a couple minutes add the tinned tomatoes and half a can of water. Simmer till reduced.
- Mediterranean beans - done!
- Chop the blackened peppers into thin slivers. Note: you can BBQ the peppers and remove the blackened skin or buy jarred.
- Mix in a bowl with herbs, lemon juice balsamic, a clove of grated garlic, salt and pepper.

- Finely chop the chilli, a clove of garlic and the mint
- Cut the lamb neck into chunks and mix in mint, chilli, garlic and paprika with salt and pepper
- In the same pan you used for the beans, on a high heat, sear and cook the lamb. Note: you can also BBQ on a skewer.
