- Get 1/2 cup basmati rice

- Get 1 long cut capsicum
- Make ready 1/4 cup chopped beans
- Make ready 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- Get 2-3 green chillies paste
- Take 1/4 cup grated cheese
- Take 4 Tsp chopped dryfruits
- Get 2 tbsp oil
- Take 1 tbsp ghee/butter
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 2 bay leaf
- Take 1 cinnamon stick
- Take 3-4 curry leaves
- Take 2-3 cloves
- Make ready 1 1/2 cup water
- Prepare 1 pinch asafoetida
Instructions to make Veg Hydrabadi biryani:
- Take a deep vessel boil water and add 1/2 tspn salt. Add few drops of oil. When water finely boiled add rice and cook it for 15-20 min in slow flame.
- After rice cooked 75% switch off flame and strain it. Take a mixture grinder and make a paste of blunch spinach.
- Now take a pan, add 2-3 tbspn oil. As it get hot, add cumin seeds, assafoetida, curry leaves, cloves, tej patta, small piece of cinnamon. Now add onion let it cook. Then add garlic ginger paste and chilli paste in it. Saute it Now add all the veggies as per mentioned in the ingredients even you can take of your choice veggies. Then let them cook in it. Add salt,turmeric, coriander powder. Mix well close the pan and let it cook. Now add spinach paste and biryani Masala.
- Let it cook till it perfectly mix with veggies and veggies be cooked. Now take the 75 %of gravy in one Bowl. And switch off the flame.
- In same pan now we will make it's layers. Already there is 25% of gravy in the pan. Now add cooked rice layer on it. Again add gravy on it, Then add fried cashew nuts and dry fruits birristo on it. Like that make 2-3 layers of rice and gravy. On last layer it should be the cooked rice. Add birristo, dryfruits cashew nuts and Coriander.
- Switch on the flame, put iron tawa on it put the biryani pan on tawa. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10-15 min in slow medium flame.
- After 15-20 min biryani is ready to serve. When you open the cover there be the nice aroma of masala. Garnish it with cheese and serve it.
