- In a bowl, beat your butter/oil/ margarine with the sugar, then add honey, beat again, then eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla essence then fresh ginger. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold it in using a spatula. Finally add the milk and mix to combine.
- Pour batter into prepared tin and bake for 25-30 mins,
