Hey everyone, it’s John, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, cone paav. One of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Cone paav is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Cone paav is something which I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Cone paav:
  1. Prepare 1 cup maida/All purpose flour
  2. Get 1 cup wheat flour
  3. Prepare 2 Tbsp milk powder
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup Warm Water
  5. Get 1 tsp active dry Yeast
  6. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp Oil
  9. Get 1 cup loosely packed chopped spring onions greens
  10. Prepare as needed mixed dried seasonings
  11. Prepare 2 tsp chilli flakes
  12. Take 1/2 tsp flax seeds

Paav means bun bread and bhaji means vegetable, here vegetable curry. To finish the meal, toast a few buttered pav while the bhaji simmers. Serve pav bhaji with additional butter and diced onion. A cone is a solid that has a circular base and a a single vertex.

Instructions to make Cone paav:
  1. Mix sugar in warm water and then add yeast and let it rest for about 10 mins in warm corner
  2. Take both the flours in a bowl, add frothed up yeast mix, milk powd,salt / seasonings and 3 tbps oil. Then knead together until you get a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
  3. Apply oil to your palm and knead until the dough well on a flour dusted platform.
  4. Cover the dough and allow to prove by keeping in a warm place till double.
  5. Now with the leftover dough - Roll it with the help of a rolling pin just like you make chapati - Cut in 1/2” strips
  6. Grease the cones and keep covering it with the strips
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and bake cones for 15-20 minutes
  8. Once cooled down carefully take out the cones and serve the paav with bhaji
