- Take broken wheat and dry roast in kadai for few seconds and transfer to bowl.
- Heat oil in kadai add mustard, urad da, cumin, curry leaves. Once mustard and cumin crackle add onion and saute until it change to brown colour.
- Now add green chilli and ginger. Now add all the vegetables, turmeric and sprinkle some water so the mixture won't get dry.
- Now add water and let it boil. Once water reached boiling consistency add broken wheat and mix it. Close with lid and cook until broken wheat done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or you can serve with sugar also.
