  1. Wash and cut the bhindi into small pieces. Finely chopped the onion, capsicum and tomato.
  2. Heat the Kadhai on high flame, dry roast the whole jeera. Lower the flame add onion and fry till they are translucent. Add capsicum, tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and green chilli. Add 2-3 tbsp water.Cover and cook for few seconds.
