- Make ready Half Kg chicken
- Make ready 2 large onions
- Get Tomatoes 3 large
- Prepare Yoghurt half cup
- Get Ginger 1 inch like

- Make ready Red chilli powder (acc to taste)
- Get Haldi
- Take 2 Tbs Qorma masala
- Take 1-2 drops Kewra essence
Steps to make Chicken Qorma!:
- Deep fry chicken till it changes colour to whitish. Take out the chicken. In the same oil add thinly sliced onion till light brown and take it out.
- Blend the fried onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Add this mixture back to the oil and wait till it thickens. Add Qorma masala and mix well.
- Add chicken, salt, red chilies, haldi (according to taste) cook for sometime on low flame. Add yoghurt while mixing. then add water one or more cups depending on how much gravy you want or you want in shorba form. Let it cook on low flame.
- Add 2-3 green chillies whole, 1-2 drops kewra essence, chopped dhaniya, little garam ma'salad (according to taste) and put off the flame cover it completely. The heat will make the aroma of chilies and garam ma'salad and essence mix together.
