- Take a heart shape cake mould and grease with oil. And pour white Dhokla mixture in this mould and garnish with capsicum.and steam for 10 mins.

- Then add haldi and Kasuri methi add in white dhokla mixture and mix it well and pour on white steam dhokla and yellow dhokla mixture steam for 10 mins.
- After 10 min it's ready.
- Again third layer prepare: Take par boil palak and make paste. Paste is add in dhokla mixture and proper mix.
- One side roast cashew.
- And then green layer add in dhokla mould and garnish with cashew nuts and red chilli.
- After 10 min triangle Dhokla is ready.
- Prepare tadka and pour on Dhokla Cake and serve hot.
