- Heat oil in a pan add hing, chopped garlic, haldi powder, salt, and add bhindi. Mix well
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, till the bhindi are completely cooked
- Add 2-tbsp roasted besan, red chilli powder, Coriander power, haldi powder, roasted peanut powder, amchur powder and Coriander leaves
- Take the pan off the heat and mix well
- Serve hot with rotis
