  1. In fry pan,heat oil and add chicken thighs and cook them both sides on low flame,then put them aside.
  2. Heat butter in sauce pan,add flour and cook until becomes fragrant.Remove from heat,add milk and mix well or blend with hand blender.
  3. Add pepper,mixed herbs, cube dissolved broth,pepper powder,herbs and mushrooms and then add chicken thighs and let then cook over low flame.
  4. When it become thick,add tin of cream and grated cheese.Cook for more 5 to 8 mins and then remove from heat,pour in dish and serve hot.
