  9. Add salt and mix well. Go easy on the salt as the rice was cooked with salt and sauces also have salt. Stir fry the rice for 2 minutes over high heat
  10. Garnish with reserved garlic and green part of spring onions. Serve hot. You can eat them as is or with any Manchurian gravy
