  1. In a pot add Water. Bring it to Boil.
  2. Add Salt.
  3. Mix Food Colour with Water. Add it in the Boiled Water. Mix it.
  4. In it add Rice. Cook until Rice are 3/4 Done/Cooked.
  5. Strain and Set aside.
  6. In the Same Pot add Ghee and Green Cardomom. Add the Rice.
  7. Add Sugar.
  8. Cook until Sugar dissolves. (Approx 10-15 minutes on Medium LowFlame).
  9. Add Kewra Essence, Knoya and Tutti Fruities. Steam Cook for 10 minutes. (Don't burn anything).
  10. Zarda is ready. You can even add some more Toppings.
