- Ek pan mein oil Garam kar ke is mein Lasan adrak ka paste aur beef daal kar bhon lain phr is mein lal Mirch, namak, Haldi, daniya powder, Garam masala powder half, whole Garam masala (as it is dalna ho to direct daal dain Mairy bachy Garam masala pasand nahi krty to mein potli bana kar dalti ho) chicken cub daal kar bhon lai phr itna pani Dalian Ke beef more than half cook hojae phr aloo add kar dain aur galny dai

- Aab rice ko boil kar lai with salt half rice ko half hi boil Krna hai aur half ko full
- Aab beef ke ander miximum 1.5 glass pani ho is mein rice dalo jo half boil hain
