  2. In a pan dry roast peanuts and keep it aside.
  3. Pour a little bit of oil in a pan and add sesame seeds and roast it and then add grated coconut
  4. Add in chopped ginger and garlic and roast it.
  5. When the coconut become dry, add in all the powdered ingredients for the stuffing and roast it until golden brown.
  6. Put the roasted peanut in a mixer and pulse it 3-4 times. add in the roasted coconut mixture along with it and grind coarsely.
  7. Make a slit in the middle of the bhindi and stuff this stuffing in it
  8. Put oil in a pan and saute this stuffed bhindi and cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Open the lid and sprinkle salt water and add leftover stuffing and coat it well and fry until done
