  1. Crumble khoya & roast 2-3 min off the flame.
  2. Add powder sugar, nuts & cardamom powder.mix well.
  3. Take maida in mixing bowl. Add ghee,and Orange food colour.first mix this well to resemble bread crumbs.
  4. Add water little by little to form a smooth nonsticy dough.set aside to rest.
  5. Take sugar in a pan, add water to it.heat it up.
  6. Boil until it reduces and sticky syrap.no need to check for string consultancy.set aside.
  7. Now knead the dough well. Roll to a thin sheet,cut with lid.
  8. Take 2 circles add 2 tsp stuffing in the centre.
  9. Cover with another circle. Press at the edges to seel completely.
  10. Pinch fold continuously to get pattern like this.
  11. Heat oil in a kadhai,add 2-3 at a time.fry until golden brown.cook in a low medium flame.
  12. Drain and then add it to warm sugar syrap.turn over and let it soak 5 minutes.
  13. Then remove it from syrap and arrange to plate.
