  13. When the mixture becomes very thick and starts separating from the pan remove from heat.
  14. Grease a rectangular container with little ghee.
  15. Transfer the mixture to the container and spread nicely to form a thick uniform layer.
  16. Sprinkle some crushed pistachio.
  17. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set completely.
  18. Before serving cut into desired shape and spread in a serving plate.
