- Make ready 3 Garlic pods sliced long
- Make ready 1/2 cup Onion sliced long
- Prepare 1/2 cup carrot sliced long
- Get 1/2 cup capsicum sliced long
- Make ready 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- Prepare 1/4 cup boiled Rajma
- Get 1/2 cup tomato sliced long
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- Make ready 1/2 cup salsa
- Take 1/2 tsp coriander finely chopped
- Make ready 1/2 tsp spring onion leaves finely chopped
- Take as needed Cheese
Stir in the water, tomato puree, chili powder, chicken cube, salt and cayenne. If you can't find Mexican seasoned Chili Powder,add some Sazon. Return reserved chicken to the skillet. Add broth mixture, beans, and salt.
Instructions to make Mexican Stir Fry Dhokla:
- Add salsa in dhokla batter & mix well - Now add green Chilli, capsicum, boiled rajma, onion, coriander, chilli flakes, garlic paste, salt,oil, fruit salt & mix well.
- Fill in cupcake mould up to 3/4-level, sprinkle chilli flakes & grated cheese on top and steam in dhokla stand for 10- minutes on high flame.
- Cool dhokla and cut into 4-pieces. Now saute dhokla with little oil in pan and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion and stir for a while.
- Add carrot, green capsicum, chilli flakes, rajma and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes, red chilli sauce, salsa and mix well and add dhokla,mix properly add coriander, onion leaves and turn off gas.
- Serve ready Mexican Dhokla in a plate garnish with chopped spring onion and grated cheese.
