- Wash and cut the okra into one inch pieces.
- Heat the pan and put oil in it. Then add mustard seeds.
- When the mustard seeds crackle, add the okra pieces, cook for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Then add 200 ml water, salt, tamarind paste, jaggery, roasted coriander and cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Then add groundnut powder, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati. Enjoy!
