  3. I am using mustard oil. You can use any refined oil it is up to you. But in chorchori we use mustard oil. Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Add panch phoron and 1 whole dry red chilli. Let it crackle.
  4. Add lady finger fry till it becomes tender. Don't over cook. Other wise it will become hard. Once it is done. Take a bowl. Add turmeric powder, a little red chilli powder and salt. Add water and make a paste. Put that paste in the vegetables and Saute it for few minutes. Till the masala coated well.
  5. Then add mustard paste Mix………..well. Add a little water. Cover and cook till it become gravy and the oil separates from the surface. Once it is done. Switch of the flame.
  6. Transfer to a beautiful serving plate. Decorate with green chilli and roasted dry red chilli. Now it is Ready to serve with hot………..Steam Rice
