- Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dhal and cumin seeds.
- Next add curry leaves, garlic and green chillies. Saute few minutes.
- Add onion and saute till golden brown. Then add potatoes and turmeric powder.
- Add salt and pour ¼ cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes till potatoes are soft.
- Add the chopped raw banana. Mix and cover with lid for 5 minutes. Smash with spoon to break the chunks.
- Add grated coconut and coriander leaves. Mix well.
