- Heat a big wok and roast sevai for few minutes with 1/4 cup ghee
- Take it out and add rest of ghee and whole garam masala to splutter
- Make sugar syrup in a pan with sugar,milk and water till one thread consistency
- Add colour in sugar syrup
- Add roasted sevai in ghee and add sugar syrup on low heat and mix
- Add all dry fruits and cover and cook for 15 minutes
- Add crushed khoya,rose water and kewra and cook covered again for another 10 minutes
- Enjoy with a thick layer of malai on top
