- Cook it till lil thick.
- Add sugar, mix it well. Add Elaichi powder & kewra water, mix it well. Again cook it till lil thick.
- Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
- All cooking has been done at low flame.
- You can use condensed milk in place of sugar. In that case do not make the milk thick. Mix condensed milk after 10 minutes of boiling. Rest is same.
