Instructions to make Kaak (Arabic Cake):
  1. Melt the jaggery sugar with 1 tbspn of ghee on low flame,stir till it melts.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients,atta flour,all purpose flour,salt,sugar, baking soda.
  3. Make a well at the centre,put eggs,vanilla,blackseeds,cardamon.
  4. Pour ghee,oil and melted jaggery(the jaggery should be warm to touch,so that it doesn't burn u)
  5. Mix them all together,till u get a medium hard dough consistency. It should be oily and not dry. If its not oily add more ghee.
  6. Grease your baking mold and flatten the dough in it. U can make designs using fork. Bake at 180° for 45 min or an hour till it hardens on top.
  7. Open your oven from time to time to let smoke escape. Enjoyy
