  1. Pakoras mix the ingredients into a thick batter form into marble sized balls fry until golden brown when done put on paper towels to drain and set aside
  2. Kadhi mix the yogurt amd 16 ounces of water together mix with the gram flour male sure no lumps
  3. add to the batter water salt , chili powder, papaya powder, turmeric powder, amd water amd wisk well
  4. heat the oil add the cumin powder, mustard powder, and water-yogurt mixture whisk till it boils stir . cover and leave on heat enough to simmer , simmer for 20 minutes stir occasionally
  5. after 20 minutes add sugar, mint, and green chilies cook 10 minutes should be thick add the Pakoras simmer till they are soft
