- Add 2 whole green illichi
- Cook till milk is thicken to half
- Add sugar and cook
- When it's nearly cooked we'll add cardamon powder and kewra and khoya (milk solids)
- Cook for few mins and off the flame
- Cool the kheer
- Colour 1cup coconut with green food colour.I used liquid one. If you have powder one than add few drops of water.
- Now sprinkle green khopra on cold kheer and make star and moon with white coconut powder.
