- Apply butter
- Make 2 portions of seviyan. Add one portion to greased vessel and flatten it
- Apply cream cheese filling on it which we made
- Leave the edges
- Now put another portion of seviya and press lightly
- Gove it a nice
- Preheat the oven and put this kunafa to bake at 180degree for 20 to 25 mins
- After baking leave it for 5 mins
- Then pour sugar syrup on all the sides and middle
- Then garnish with pistachios
- Serve hot or cold as you desire
