- Prepare 150 gm pointed guard
- Get 1/4 tsp. Soda
- Take 1/2 cup sugar
- Take 1 tbsp. Sugar powder
- Get 50 gms. Khoya
- Take 2 tbsp crushed mix nuts
- Take 4-5 cardammom
- Take as needed Pistachio for garnishing
Steps to make Parwal Mithai:
- Wash peel and deseeds with pointed knife. Boil water add soda and put all pointed guard in a water cover and cook for 3-4min.
- Now take out in a plate. let it cool. Meanwhile take 1/2cup water in a pan add sugar and make 1string (taari) chashni. Add all pointed guard in chashni and cook on medium slow flame for 2min. Turn off flame let it cool.
- Now take another pan roast khoya 3-4min add sugar powder stir continously.Add crushed nuts cardamom powder and turn off flame.Let it cool.
- Now take out pointed guard in a plate fill with khoya mixture and arrange in a plate. Garnish with pistachio. Delicious innovative Parval mithai is ready to serve.
