- Heat ghee in a pan,add milk.Heat till boil.
- Lower the flame.Add milk powder portion by portion,stirring contineously to avoid lumping.
- Stir well and cook till mixture starts leaving the surface of pan.
- Add sugar powder and coconut powder.Mix well.Add food colour and mix well.
- Put off flame,add kewra water Mix and leave for 5 minutes.
- Now mixture is a little cool,make laddus.It will yield 12-15laddus depending on the size of laddus you are making.
- Coat the laddus with dessicated coconut.
- Mawa-coconut laddus are ready to serve.
