- In a mixing bowl mix all the flours, salt and seasonings.
- In another bowl take half cup water, brown sugar and mix with Yeast, set aside for 5 minutes, for the yeast to froth.
- Add one tablespoon of oil to the flour mixture.
- Add frothed yeast mixture and mix with a spoon.
- Add more water if required and prepare a soft dough.
- Knead for 5-8 minutes on the kitchen counter, using few drops of oil.
- Grease the bowl with drops of oil and leave the dough, covered in it for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes divide dough into 3-4 parts. I am using 3 pie trays of 3 inch and 1 of 5 inch
- Preheat oven at this point at 220°C.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and place at the bottom of the greased trays. Prick with a fork, so the dough doesn't puff up too much while baking. Brush some oil on the pizza base.
- Apply mustard sauce or pizza sauce, spread cottage cheese over the sauce. Place any veggies or toppings of your choice. I have spread some onion slices, tomatoes, zucchini and chopped olives. Sprinkle some pizza seasoning on top for extra flavors.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
