- Heat 2 tbsp oil in an other pan,add cumin seeds and stir well.
- Add onion and fry till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.,Add tomatoes and saute till it truns soft.
- Add red chilli flakes,salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and Garam Masala Powder and mix well add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
- Add roasted bhindi in it and mix well.
- Add green chilli and green coriander leaves and mix well.
- And dam for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
