- Boil milk in thick bottomed vessel when starts bubbling add soaked elbow macaroni.t
- When macaroni is cooked add sugar,saffron, 1/2-of the Almond flakes and stir continuously.
- Dilute custard powder in little cold milk and pour in it, stir continuously till thickens on slow flame. Turn off gas and cool the mixture.
- Spread in square lined mould keep it in the fridge for setting.
- Unmould and sprinkle Almond flakes and cut into pieces garnish with sprinkles and serve in a plate.
