  6. Take a tablespoon of mix and shape into a ball. Put on a lined baking sheet. Flatten each one so they are about 1cm thick.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one half of each cookie.
  8. Bake for 12-15 mins until golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool slightly before enjoying 😋

Bottom of cookies should be lightly browned. Brush hot cookies with orange blossom and rose water. Roll in. cookie in fluted cup.
